The camera was well focused and took a sharp image. But behind the dog there are hand marks and possibly dog claws grazing the couch's surface. You also have your three points: the dog, the couch, and the object closest to the camera, which I believe to be a blanket...? None of the colors clash at all and there is no signs of photo alteration that I can see. There is nothing in the background either. Everything is smooth. The only problem is is there are hundreds of pictures of dogs on DeviantART. Try an action photo next time! Well done!
